Return Policy

Welomall.com will select the products to be sold based on its excellent design and excellent quality. We have a quality control team that will inspect the products during the entire process of packaging and shipping. Some may be damaged due to long-term transportation. Goods, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return the goods, please contact customer service first, and then return your goods to our distribution center according to the following return policy.

1. The items must be returned within 15 days after the delivery date.

2. The items must be unworn and unwashed.

3. Items must be free of stains, cosmetics, deodorants or abrasives.

4. Tights, swimsuits and underwear are non-returnable.

5. All returns will be refunded to your shopping account through store credit.

6. Our distribution center will process the return within 3-5 working days after receiving your goods.

7. Welomall.com does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of the returned goods.

8. Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days after delivery. (Note: If these items are not reported in time, we will not give the store credit. Please send an email to welokf001@gmail.com

9. Allow consumers to apply for return within 15 days after delivery.

10. At most, only one shipping fee (including return) will be charged to the customer; products returned to the user are not returned.

Depending on the selected shipping method and carrier, your return (exchange) package may take several days to reach us. Please keep your proof of postage and send it back together with the tracking number, because we are not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen on the way. If there is no proof of receipt and delivery, we will not provide store credit for your return. After processing your return, we will issue your store credit to your shopping account for future purchases. Your credit will never expire and can be redeemed immediately!
